电子天平采用人体工程学设计,让日常常规称量轻松。基本功能唾手可得,日复一日为您提供可靠的称量结果,不仅让您在日常任务中可以直观操作,并快速获得结果,而且易于清洁,配有前置水平调节脚,仅需按动一键就可以进行内部校准。

电子天平坚固的结构和高品质材料,确保您可以在未来的很多年中,始终获取值得信赖的结果,传感器是的关键部件之一,由外壳、磁钢、极靴和线圈等组成,装在秤盘的下方。它的精度很高也很灵敏,应保持天平称量室的清洁,切忌称样时撒落物品而影响传感器的正常工作。电子天平是由高灵敏度的远红外发光管和对称式光敏电池组成的,它的作用是将秤盘上的载荷转变成电信号输出。

电子天平PID调节器的作用,就是保证传感器快速而稳定地工作,将微弱的信号进行放大,以保证天平的精度和工作要求,低通滤波器的作用是排除外界和某些电器元件产生的高频信号的干扰,以保证传感器的输出为一恒定的直流电压,易于自动调零能有效地排除干扰,将输进信号转换成数字信号。

电子天平的内校和外校是指校准天平时标准砝码所在地,外校天平校准时把一个标准砝码放在称量盘内,按校准键,而内校天平本身内部自带标准砝码,校准时只需按校准键就可以了,省略了很多操作步骤,而且避免标准砝码的不同而带来的误差,因此,内校的价格也比外校的高很多。电子天平在安装、移动位置、实验室温度明显变化等,进行校准,以保证电子天平适应本地的重力加速度和环境,校准电子天平就会用到标准砝码。
