一:加热方式不同


1、卤素水分测定仪采用的是卤素加热方式,其加热源为卤素加热灯。因卤素加热灯为特质环形,所以在加热测试样品过程中,使样品受热面均匀,测出来的样品无任何变化,卤素灯稳定性能更好。

2、红外水分仪采用的是红外线加热院里,其加热源为红外线加热灯。因红外线加热灯为球面体,在加热过程中有个聚光点,测出来的样品中间会有一点的颜色的改观,但不影响*终的测试结果,若温度过高,可能会烧焦样品,影响精确度。
