接触角测量仪应用范围及测试方法

接触角测量仪,主要用于测量液体对固体的接触角, 即液体对固体的浸润性。该仪器能测量各种液体对各种材料的接触角。该仪器对石油,印染,医药,喷涂,选矿等行业的科研生产有非常重要的作用。接触角可用低倍显微镜中装有的量角器测量,也可将液滴拍摄图象再用量角器测量,这类方法都无法避免人为作切线的误差。本仪器是通过计算机将摄入的图象进行分析,减少了人为误差。而且可保存历史数据和图象,以供调阅和测算。还有录相与放像功能。

接触角现有测试方法通常有两种:其一为外形图像分析方法;其二为称重法.后者通常称为润湿天平或渗透法接触角仪.但目前应用*广泛,测值*直接与准确的还是外形图像分析方法.

外形图像分析法的原理为,将液滴滴于固体样品表面,通过显微镜头与相机获得液滴的外形图像, 再运用数字图像处理和一些算法将图像中的液滴的接触角计算出来.

计算接触角的方法通常基于一特定的数学模型如液滴可被视为球或圆椎的一部分,然后通过测量特定的参数如宽/高或通过直接拟合来计算得出接触角值。Young-Laplace方程描述了一封闭界面的内、外压力差与界面的曲率和界面张力的关系,可用来准确地描述一轴对称的液滴的外形轮廓,从而计算出其接触角。

另外机械上常指轴承接触角:

在球轴承中,球与内外圈沟道的接触,一般各为一点。接触点连线沿沟道法线并且通过球中心。外部负荷则沿着该直线,由一个套圈传递至另一个套圈,因此,人们称之为轴承压力线,并将压力线与径向平面之间的二面角称为压力角。
