This method is applied in the measurement of the viscosity of more than 500CP.S liquid, measured for more than 5 minutes, the measured value will reach a stable (not including the liquid itself with the nature of the change) such as glycerol, viscose and so on.
Method 1, manual mode:
(1) hang the platinum plate and return to zero;
(2) QBZY surface tension meter "manual / automatic" to the manual state. That is, the indicator light does not light;
(3) Follow the steps below to raise the sample stage to the platinum plate:
A Press the "Up" button to raise the sample.
B Press the "Stop" button when the platinum plate comes into contact with the sample surface. Stop the rise of the sample stage. After the stop, the platinum plate should be exposed to the sample surface, and the LCD screen shows the surface tension value is negative. Note that this exposure to the height of the white gold plate into the sample depth of about 1mm or so (in fact because of the high viscosity of the sample, the white gold plate began to contact the sample can not really insert but the sample hold up).
(4) Remove the white gold plate and wet the 5mm height (not too high, and if the display value is more than 5mN / m, please scratch the white surface of the sample until the display value is less than 5mN / m)
(5) to re-hang the platinum plate, this time the sample will come into contact with the platinum plate, and the phenomenon of surface tension, the completion of the wet process.
(6) and so relatively stable when reading readings.

Method 2, automatic operation:
We recommend that customers use this method to operate, but if the time requirements are higher, please test according to the third method.
(1) hang the platinum plate and return to zero;
(2) Remove the platinum plate and wet the 5mm height;
(3) the use of tissue paper will be attached to the white gold plate on the liquid wipe some;
(4) re-hang the platinum board, then the display value will be greater than 0, please do not return to zero, if the display value is greater than 5mN / m, please wipe some;
(5) press the "up" button to test, remember the stability value.
